The 12 photos of the example tour at the top of the page: façade, living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. They are royalty-free photos (Pexels). The video doesn't retouch them: it adds movement, pace and the property details.
For example: for a 2-room flat of about 40 m², a dozen photos is enough (façade, courtyard, staircase, living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room). With the listing details, they make a tour of about forty seconds, ready to post as a Reel.

The format of your social media
Vertical 9:16, for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. With a pack, the 4-format option (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5) adds the other formats for your website or property portals, at €25 excl. VAT per video.
The property is never altered. Camera moves, transitions and AI-animated shots are staging. Each AI-animated shot is compared with your photo before delivery: if it changes a piece of furniture, a wall, a window or the condition of the property, it is redone or replaced by the animated photo.
